Current schedule & latest news
During the season (April to October) details of the walks and boat trips which I am planning will be published here and updated on a weekly basis. Please note that many of these are weather-dependent and that the boatmen's decision is final.
You should wear walking shoes or robust trainers for these walks, flip-flops or similar footwear are not suitable.
If you are visiting Scilly and would like to visit a particular uninhabited island, please contact me two to three weeks in advance and I will try to arrange it while you are here.
Week commencing Saturday 4 April
Thursday 9th, 10.00am
The Isles of Scilly Community Archaeology Group will be carrying vegetation clearance on Buzza Hill, St Mary's. We will start with the Bronze Age burial chamber on the hilltop and work elsewhere, if time permits. Meet at Buzza Tower. Please wear appropriate clothing and robust shoes and bring a drink and a snack, if you wish. Gloves and tools will be provided.
Week commencing Saturday 11 April
